Download, print and fill out the following order form and send it with your photographs: winsphotos-orderform.doc (You will need Micrsoft Word to open this document.) This process may take several days longer to compensate for shipping time.

When sending photographs you may:
- Send us photo quality copies of your photograph or originals via mail and we can send them back with your order.
- Send your scans on a Photo CD.
(Please be sure to include insurance as we are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged in the mail).
