  1. How do I place an order?

    Step 1
    , provide us with your information and what service you would like by filling out our order form. (Form may also be used for making price inquiries.

    Step 2, we will contact you with a price quote or Paypal invoice.

    Step 3
    , you pay through Paypal or by check, money order or credit card.

    Step 4
    , we will deliver the product to you in the format that you request on the order form.

    Please allow 7-10 days for completion of each order. Times may vary during busy times of the year (i.e. Christmas)

  2. How do I know how much your services will be?

    All Photo Services: Price will vary depending on the degree of work needed to complete the restoration process. Restoration prices start from $40. Printing costs will vary on quantity and type.

    All orders will be completed within 7-10 business days.

  4. I don't have a pay pal account, can you still accept my credit card?

    Yes, we can! After you place your order, we will contact you with further instructions on how to place your order with your credit card. We accept any of the following: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

    We can also accept money orders and checks. Please make either payable to:

  5. Are there any quantity discounts?

    Yes. Percentage of discount is determined by quantity. Also, keep watching our website as we have special sales during holidays! Please contact us for more information.

  6. Can I place an order in the mail instead of through your website?

    Yes, you can. Please download, print and fill out the following order form and send it with your photographs. (You will need Micrsoft Word to open this document.) This process may take several days longer to compensate for shipping time.

  7. How do I scan my photos properly for Photo Restoration Services?

    Scan your photos at a minimum of 300 dpi at 100% (of original Size). Use RGB color mode even if photo is black & white. Please be sure to turn off any photo enhancement features your scanner may have. If you are unable to scan the photo yourself please take your photographs to a local printing company (like Kinko's) and have them scan it for you at the specifications above. You can also ask them to forward the scan(s) to us via e-mail. Send them to: sales@kiaieffect.com along with your contact information.

  8. How do I send my photographs to you for Photo Restoration?

    You may do one of the following:

    -Fill out our online order form where you can upload your photographs via our website.
    -Send us a Photo CD with your scans with this order form filled out.
    -Send us the original photographs (please purchase insurance with this option as we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the postal service).
